Requirements
- Working knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques
- Minimal ad hoc travel may be required
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.
Nice to have
- Provide input into the development and evolvement of Colliers' Industrial and office service line value propositions, managing the proposal process through to completion
- Be the designated go-to for mid to large industrial and office landlord brokerage proposal development, defining overall proposal and property marketing strategy, as well as execution plan
- Liaise with Colliers' in-house marketing studio and clients to ensure major projects are executed according to the defined strategy and budget
- Track performance of bids (win/loss) and coordinates proposal post-mortems
- Provide training to marketing professionals, advisors and their teams to advance their property marketing capabilities
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices and collaboration across Canada with other marketing leaders at Colliers
- Liaise with other industrial and office marketing leaders across Colliers' global platform to source relevant best practices
- Bachelor's degree or similar, preferably in marketing or a related field.
Compensation
- $100,406 - $110,000 per annum
- Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
- The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation.
- Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
