Requirements

  • Working knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques
  • Minimal ad hoc travel may be required
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

  • Provide input into the development and evolvement of Colliers' Industrial and office service line value propositions, managing the proposal process through to completion
  • Be the designated go-to for mid to large industrial and office landlord brokerage proposal development, defining overall proposal and property marketing strategy, as well as execution plan
  • Liaise with Colliers' in-house marketing studio and clients to ensure major projects are executed according to the defined strategy and budget
  • Track performance of bids (win/loss) and coordinates proposal post-mortems
  • Provide training to marketing professionals, advisors and their teams to advance their property marketing capabilities
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices and collaboration across Canada with other marketing leaders at Colliers
  • Liaise with other industrial and office marketing leaders across Colliers' global platform to source relevant best practices
  • Bachelor's degree or similar, preferably in marketing or a related field.

Compensation

  • $100,406 - $110,000 per annum
  • Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
  • The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation.
