About the role

Use your expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data storytelling to influence strategic decisions and enhance the employee experience.
This position reports into the Director, People Analytics and will be based in our Austin, TX office.

Partner with HR leaders, People Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic people challenges into high-impact analytics initiatives.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
Lead end-to-end people analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and timely delivery in an agile environment.
Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and accessibility of people data sources.
In this role, you'll leverage advanced data science techniques to shape and optimize our people strategies across the organization.
The primary goal of this role is to deliver actionable, data-driven insights that inform decision-making and help foster a thriving, high-performing culture.
As a Staff People Analytics Analyst, you'll partner with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to translate complex people-related challenges into impactful analytics solutions.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, I/O Psychology, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or data science with a focus on human capital.
Strong expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and solving complex business problems using people data.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights.

129,600.00 - 178,200.00 USD Annual
This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
