About the role
- The Territory Sales Account Manager is responsible for growing GM and/or Ford Accessories sales by developing strategic partnerships with assigned dealerships throughout a designated geographic territory.
- Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped monthly commission, car allowance, and cell phone allowance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, general managers, sales managers, parts managers, service managers, and body shop personnel.
- Design and implement customized accessory displays, point-of-sale materials, promotional campaigns, and dealership incentive programs.
- Deliver engaging training to dealership sales, parts, service, and collision center personnel on accessory products and selling techniques.
- Maintain regular travel throughout the assigned territory while effectively managing schedules, customer visits, and follow-up activities.

Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Nice to have
- Experience working with automotive dealerships is strongly preferred.
