Responsibilities
- Lead the expansion, enhancement, and governance of the Customs Declaration Data Lake Analytics platform (Project Cockpit), enabling actionable insights, proactive compliance risk identification, and data-driven decision-making across Global Trade.
- Define and manage the digital product roadmap, prioritizing capabilities and backlog items based on business value, compliance requirements, and stakeholder needs.
- Partner with the Technical Product Owner to translate business and compliance requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliverables that ensure successful solution implementation.
- Collaborate with Global Trade Controls Process Leads (GPLs) to define, implement, and monitor metrics and KPIs that measure adherence to GTC Standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Design and maintain dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions that provide visibility into compliance performance, operational effectiveness, and trade risk exposure.
- Transform trade compliance and operational data into executive-level insights, visualizations, and performance reporting that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and communication strategies to accelerate digital capability adoption and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Lead user onboarding, access governance reviews, training coordination, and change management initiatives to ensure business readiness and maximize utilization of digital solutions.
Requirements
- Experience developing KPIs, executive dashboards, and data visualizations and performing quantitative analysis is required.
- The position may require up to 25% of domestic and international travel.

Nice to have
- A mínimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Global Trade, Supply Chain, Compliance, Digital Transformation, Business Operations, or related fields is required.
- Demonstrated experience in analytics, business intelligence, data governance, and performance measurement within Global Trade, Compliance, Supply Chain, or similar regulated environments is required.
- Experience supporting business systems, technology implementations, digital programs is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder relationships is required.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills is required.
- Experience working with data, reporting, process improvement, and technology-enabled business solutions is required.
- Experience with Power BI is required.
