Support the quality control review process of daily deliverables following company and department policies and procedures relating to investor registration, dealing, reporting and cash.
Collaborate with internal teams, including client services and fund accounting, to address investor inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Diploma or Bachelor degree preferably in a business related field or related experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel would be an asset.
Be a main contact for daily client inquiries and deliverables within your team, striving to complete deliverables within Service level agreements, escalate any client or deliverable issues where required and appropriate.
