About the role

Axos Bank Target Range: $70,304.00 /Yr. - $78,000.00 /Yr.
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
About This Job Axos is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in analyzing business processes.

Ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of projects.
Conducts research and prepares reports to support decision-making.
Experience developing interactive dashboards, visualizing complex datasets, and deriving meaningful business insights using Tableau and Microsoft Report Builder.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and lead projects from concept through implementation while delivering measurable business value.
Design, develop, and implement reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.

Associate's degree required
Experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role
Strong SQL skills for querying, data manipulation, and performance optimization
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, SSRS, or similar platforms
Experience developing reports, dashboards, or automation solutions
Exposure to or interest in AI and workflow automation tools (e.g., Copilot, n8n, etc.) preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Axos is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in analyzing business processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience writing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
