About the role

  • Axos Bank Target Range: $70,304.00 /Yr. - $78,000.00 /Yr.
  • Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
  • About This Job Axos is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in analyzing business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of projects.
  • Conducts research and prepares reports to support decision-making.
  • Experience developing interactive dashboards, visualizing complex datasets, and deriving meaningful business insights using Tableau and Microsoft Report Builder.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and lead projects from concept through implementation while delivering measurable business value.
  • Design, develop, and implement reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required
  • Experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role
  • Strong SQL skills for querying, data manipulation, and performance optimization
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, SSRS, or similar platforms
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, or automation solutions
  • Exposure to or interest in AI and workflow automation tools (e.g., Copilot, n8n, etc.) preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Compensation

  • These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
