About the role

Program Management is a new and growing function at Veracross and you will have the opportunity to help iterate and improve upon existing processes.
This role will be embedded within Veracross' FinTech portfolio teams, assisting with their overall project management and communication with stakeholders.
3-5+ years of program management experience within software engineering environments Knowledge and understanding of software development practices Track record of delivering complex software engineering programs on time and within scope.

Strong cross-team collaboration and ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
As a Technical Program Manager within our Product Engineering department, you will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives while ensuring teams have the resources, guidance, and clear project plans needed to deliver high-quality software.
You'll bridge technical and business stakeholders, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across our product and engineering organization.
Veracross provides SaaS-based School Information Systems (SIS) designed to meet the specific needs of independent K-12 schools worldwide.

The compensation range for this position is $110k to $140k (annualized USD) in addition to potential bonus.
