About the role

  • Program Management is a new and growing function at Veracross and you will have the opportunity to help iterate and improve upon existing processes.
  • This role will be embedded within Veracross' FinTech portfolio teams, assisting with their overall project management and communication with stakeholders.
  • 3-5+ years of program management experience within software engineering environments Knowledge and understanding of software development practices Track record of delivering complex software engineering programs on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

  • Strong cross-team collaboration and ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • As a Technical Program Manager within our Product Engineering department, you will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives while ensuring teams have the resources, guidance, and clear project plans needed to deliver high-quality software.
  • You'll bridge technical and business stakeholders, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across our product and engineering organization.
  • Veracross provides SaaS-based School Information Systems (SIS) designed to meet the specific needs of independent K-12 schools worldwide.

Compensation

  • The compensation range for this position is $110k to $140k (annualized USD) in addition to potential bonus.
