Responsibilities
- Investigate, document and resolve order discrepancies (e.g., missing, delayed, or damaged shipments and quantity discrepancies).
- Communicate effectively with partners, clients, and internal teams by phone and
- Maintain accurate claims records and prepare related reports as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Requirements
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, supply chain, logistics or data entry.
- Comfortable managing large datasets with a high degree of accuracy
Compensation
- $30k-$40k
