Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with RIA recordkeeping standards
- Support continuous improvement of onboarding workflows and documentation standards
- High attention to detail with ability to manage volume while maintaining accuracy
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in RIA or financial services operations
- Familiarity with investment advisory agreements, custodial account documentation, and suitability requirements
- Prior experience in a new account review or onboarding approval capacity
- Experience with major custodial platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, LPL Financial)
- Familiarity with TAMPs (e.g., Envestnet, SEI, AssetMark, Orion Portfolio Solutions)
- Proficiency with Orion, Dispatch, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- 2-5 years of relevant experience

- The expected salary range for this position is $35.89 an hour to $41.02 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, sc
