About the role
- Our newest recruit will join the First Resonance team full-time in Los Angeles, CA (HQ in El Segundo) as a foundational member of our product team.

Responsibilities
- Use AI-augmented workflows (Claude) to build and deploy full-stack features using Python (Backend) and Next.js/TypeScript (Frontend).
- Write design specifications and diagrams (UML/System Flow) that guide both human teammates and AI agents.
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical experience: You've built and scaled production-grade software.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Hands-on experience with AWS ecosystem and deploying multi-tenant SaaS environments.
- Strong experience with GraphQL and architectural patterns like Domain Driven Design (DDD) or Event-Driven systems.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK).
- Experience writing complex ETL processes for industrial data.
- Experience building manufacturing tools or working in high-stakes industrial environments.
Skills
- Expert-level Python skills with a deep understanding of ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy) and asynchronous processing.
