About the role

  • This role is central to ensuring a smooth, professional, and encouraging start for each provider as they transition into private practice partnership with us.
  • This includes collecting and managing documentation, coaching and providing constructive feedback, establishing practice logistics, and helping providers feel confident and connected as they launch their practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provider Experience & Engagement Build authentic relationships that support long-term provider success.
  • Lead daily virtual and in-person meetings with providers across the full onboarding lifecycle, from recruitment through business development and practice management guidance.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of provider interactions and progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration & Reporting Partner with internal teams - including Direct Managers, Operations, Credentialing, and Client Services - to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Position Summary The Account Relationship Sales Specialist, known internally as Onboarding Specialist is the main point of contact for new clinicians signing on to Mindful Support Services.
  • The Onboarding Specialist leads providers through each stage of the onboarding process - from starting a business, marketing themselves, to initial contract signing to practice readiness.
  • This position requires a balance of organization, empathy, and drive.
  • The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, managing details, and motivating others to reach shared sales goals.
  • Support continuous process improvement by identifying areas for efficiency and innovation.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • Mountlake Terrace, Washington State A background check is required prior to employment.
  • Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, HR, client success, or account management roles.

Compensation

  • $60k-$70k
