Responsibilities
- We own and operate a broad array of businesses engaged in recorded music, music publishing, merchandising, and audiovisual content in more than 60 countries.
- We identify and develop recording artists and songwriters, and we produce, distribute and promote the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful music to delight and entertain fans around the world.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in music, digital marketing, streaming, commerce, media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital music platforms and the streaming ecosystem.
- Experience working with Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, or other DSPs preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation software.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter who is proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
Skills
- Coordinate release information including UPCs, ISRCs, platform IDs, metadata, delivery updates, and marketing assets.
- Assist with Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, SoundCloud and other DSP pitching processes.
- Prepare weekly reports, presentations, release updates, and performance recaps for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Track and communicate artist priorities, release changes, marketing drivers, and campaign milestones across departments.
- Coordinate production and release-planning meetings, capture meeting notes, and distribute follow-up actions.
- Monitor DSP storefronts, playlists, artist profiles, and promotional placements to ensure accuracy and maximize visibility.
- Compile weekly artist, release, and campaign updates for cross-functional teams.
- Analyze streaming and commerce performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Compensation
- $52,200-$85,000
