Nice to have
- Ensure products consistently meet customer requirements by driving adherence to established processes, procedures, and quality standards.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, along with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and quality functions.
- 2+ years of formal leadership experience is preferred.
- Strong customer and supplier management experience, with the ability to communicate effectively on complex quality issues and escalate appropriately when needed.
- Experience with process management, organizational change, Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and quality management systems.
- include quality certifications (CQE, CMQ, CQA), ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor training, sheet-steel manufacturing experience, and/or Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.

Compensation
- $89,300.00 - $165,800.00
- Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
- nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location.
- Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
- Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
