Responsibilities
- Lead a team of manufacturing professionals in a quality-focused environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cultivate a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals while developing team members' capabilities.
- Complete and maintain compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.
- Perform a variety of complex manufacturing tasks related to the production of cell culture media.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with quality systems and documentation control.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and safety regulations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in performing and training others on multiple manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other related duties as required to meet business goals and operational requirements.

Compensation

- The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $27.41-$37.00.
