Responsibilities
- Design and maintain core systems that ensure reliable, highperforming simulator operation.
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams to integrate system components seamlessly into realtime training devices.
- Support system reviews and crossfunctional innovation to evolve nextgeneration training capabilities.
- Contribute to systems that directly support pilot readiness and mission safety.

Requirements
- Bachelor's in Systems, Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, or related engineering field.
- 5+ years of systems engineering experience in the defense domain (mission systems, C4ISR, EW, avionics, sensors, or comparable).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance prior to the start of employment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access.
- Knowledge of network and platform interfaces (e.g., Ethernet/TCP/IP, MIL‑STD‑1553, ARINC 429/664, serial buses).
- Experience working in Waterfall and/or Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with Electronic Warfare, radar/EO/IR sensors, signal processing/DSP, or secure communications.

- Flexibility to support occasional overtime, weekend work, shift work and site travel (CONUS)

- The actual compensation rate is subject to the evaluation of the following factors (but not limited to): the candidate's work experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and market.
