About the role

  • Waterford - Icons That Have Bonded Generations Fiskars Group Outlet Store Manager San Marcos, TX OUR ROLE The Outlet Store Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the new San Marcos Outlet Store, opening Fall 2026.
  • This outlet location will feature Waterford, Wedgwood, Georg Jensen and Royal Copenhagen brands.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach and develop store associates
  • Create schedules that support business needs while managing payroll budgets.
  • Monitor and manage discounting levels to align with outlet commission rates and protect P&L margins.
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience that reflects the heritage of our brands.
  • Build customer loyalty through outstanding service and product expertise.
  • Drive sales and profitability by achieving store goals and KPIs.
  • Develop action plans to improve store performance.
  • Create compelling sale listings tailored to outlet events and seasonal opportunities.
  • Outlet Engagement & Support
  • Create staff incentives to prioritize brand sales over competitors.

Requirements

  • You are organized, adaptable, and comfortable prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • You are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-presented store that reflects the highest standards of the brand.
  • Experience & knowledge:
  • 5+ years of retail leadership experience, including experience managing teams and driving store performance.
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs, payroll, scheduling and inventory management.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and respond to trends to achieve targets and driving the business.
  • Proficiency in planning promotional campaigns and visual merchandising.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field.
  • English required
  • Spanish preferred but not required
  • Experience with visual merchandising luxury or premium brands preferred.

Compensation

  • $70,000-80,000 Annually
