About the role

  • This position oversees the safe operation, restoration, construction and corrective maintenance of Eversource Substations as well as the operations of the transmission and distribution communications' systems.

Requirements

  • Assesses the need for, and oversees implementation of, programs to ensure employees possess technical and behavioral skills required to support operating plans.
  • A minimum of 15 years of increasing experience managing groups engaged in station operation and communication technologies is required.
  • Must be available to work emergency restoration assignment as required.
  • Must be available to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline
  • MS in Engineering or MBA preferred
