Responsibilities
- Coordinate batching cycles to maintain a continuous flow for pouch-filling lines, minimizing "dry" time and maximizing throughput.
- Maintain operational control over high-shear mixers, kettles, scraped surface heat exchangers (SSHE), and hot-fill systems.
- Own the Clean-In-Place (CIP) process; verify cycle effectiveness to prevent allergen cross-contact and microbial risks.
Requirements
- 1+ years in a supervisory role.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related technical field is required
- Proficiency in ERP/Batching software and automated CIP systems.

- High preference for experience in dairy, sauces, or hot fill/aseptic environments, is preferred.
- HACCP and PCQI certifications are a significant plus.

Skills
- Process Knowledge: Expert understanding of thermal processing, powder-to-liquid blending, and emulsion stability.
- Systems: Proficiency in ERP/Batching software and automated CIP systems.
- Regulatory: HACCP and PCQI certifications are a significant plus.
- Someone who values accuracy over speed, but can balance both
