- of this role will include: - Roadway Engineering Leadership: Assist in growing and leading the roadway services in the Louisville regional area.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior level engineers to aid in their professional development.
Responsibilities
- In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in not only managing roadway design projects but also contributing to efforts toward growing our team and expanding our presence in the regional market.
- We provide multi-disciplined services for a variety of public agencies and private entities, including transportation design; water resources design; environmental analysis & permitting; construction engineering & inspection; traffic engineering & transportation planning; surveying; and land acquisition & appraisal.
- Our transportation design team offers a variety of services, but most of our work involves roadway and bridge design for various local agencies and state DOT's.

- As the roadway team grows in the area, provide leadership for a high performing roadway/highway design team.
- Serve as a project manager for roadway/highway design projects, overseeing and participating in project execution from initiation to completion.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Perform quality checks on work performed by project team members.
