About the role

  • As a Compliance Engineer/Technologist, you will be an integral team member of a critical business function and a rapidly expanding discipline.
  • This will require regulatory interpretation, data management, documentation, and cross functional work for products and materials.
  • Execute compliance activities related to regulations such as Prop65, REACH, RoHS, TSCA, PFAS

Responsibilities

  • Support lifecycle compliance for new product development and sustaining products
  • Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and quality teams to resolve basic compliance issues
  • Perform special projects and other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental, Chemical, Environmental Science or a closely related discipline
  • 2-5+ years of related work experience in compliance testing, regulatory compliance, sustainability, or environmental science-related field
  • To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing.

Compensation

  • The starting pay range for Minnesota is $74,000 to $92,000 per year.
