About the role
- SRS Acquiom is currently recruiting for an Onboarding Associate, reporting to the Senior Director, Contract Administration.
- Under general direction, the Onboarding Associate is responsible for overseeing all functions as it relates to the onboarding process of new M&A transactions.
- This position requires a motivated, highly detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- The role also requires the development and maintenance of processes related to client communication and support.
- Collaborate with internal groups to ensure fees and wires are routed appropriately
- Perform wire callback verification for SRS Acquiom products
- Onboard new deals by collecting M&A documents and materials and uploading them into our system of record
- Employee Assistance Programs for confidential support when life gets complicated
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to convey sometimes complex aspects of a deal to M&A Attorneys effectively and in a timely manner
Skills
- This person should have excellent oral and written communication, analysis, and documentation skills.
Compensation
- In-person visits to the Denver headquarters are required, on average three times per year.
