About the role
- The Business Developer will be responsible for generating new business and establishing relationships within targeted New Jersey communities to promote Unicity Care Management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, senior living communities, and community organizations across assigned NJ counties.
- Engage in structured networking activities (chamber events, professional associations, community meetings) to build referral partnerships and increase qualified inquiries from the community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and tailor promotional materials that highlight Unicity Care Management's care management and concierge-style senior advisory services.
- Document interactions with referral sources in the company's CRM, track relationship progress, and manage follow-up activities to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate closely with care managers and senior advisors to ensure a smooth intake process for referred clients and maintain appropriate communication with referral partners.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance goals.
