- POSITION PROFILE The Operations Technician in Metal Operations works in multiple areas of the department on a rotation.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Ability to know which way to measure product to ensure the customer is receiving the correct product
- Ability to operate the scanner and label machines
- Ability to read and interpret a tape measure
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and make various decisions
- Ability to visually identify colors, sizes, insides/outsides, lefts/rights and tops/bottoms
- Knowledge of ISO work instructions and quality criteria, know where they are kept
- Must have manual dexterity
- The ability to inspect, wrap and pack all product to meet Knoll quality and ISO standards
