Responsibilities

  • Escalate critical issues and drive cross-functional resolution with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
  • Support implementation of production planning and ERP/MRP processes.
  • Maintain alignment of MES/ERP systems by ensuring work orders are issued for all demand and validating data integrity of work orders in MES.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and production reporting tools.
  • Comfortable working directly on the production floor Strong sense of urgency and ownership Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens eligible for a security clearance.

  • The ideal candidate enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, solving problems in real time, and driving accountability to production commitments.
  • Track critical engine assemblies and components through the manufacturing process.
  • Monitor daily production priorities and ensure work orders are progressing according to schedule.
  • Identify and escalate issues that may delay production, including material shortages, quality holds, tooling constraints, documentation issues, and engineering questions.

Compensation

  • In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $80,000-$105,000 base salary.
