Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Commitment to obtain a Master's degree (MSN, MHA, MBA, or related field) within 3 years of hire
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience
- Experience managing direct reports
Compensation
- Minimum 5-7 years experience as a Director of Nurse Management overseeing multiple units
- Specialty certification in a clinical or nurse leadership area
