Responsibilities
- Define and uphold architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices
- Review and guide system designs, APIs, data models, and integration approaches
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Lead Risk Assessment activities and Requirements development.
- Cross-functional team collaboration with HW and Systems partners, including integration team, testing team, Quality, System V&V…etc.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and lessons learned
- Provide leadership in solving engineering problems and fostering creativity and innovation in design and problem solutions
Nice to have
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Familiarity with FPGA
- Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments
- Excellent collaboration skills across engineering, quality, and regulatory teams
- Pragmatic decision‑making that balances compliance, security, and delivery velocity
- Clear communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
