About the role
- You will leverage strong analytical and communication skills and utilize intelligence tools for qualitative review of HUMINT platform performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for dataflow management requests and support teams.
- Maintain IIR reporting metrics to support the collection management mission.
- Support monthly reporting of IIR metrics.
- Implement efficient data management processes, ensuring data quality and integrity, and facilitating seamless retrieval and analysis of information.
- Solicit, analyze, document, and facilitate prioritization and validation of analyst needs.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience should be as a HUMINT Reports Manager or Requirements Manager.
- Applicable experience in HUMINT reporting, processing, and collection requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in IIR and CCR reporting, quality checking, and evaluation.
- Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge and collection management systems.
- Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations.
- Experience conducting intelligence analysis and planning supporting Theater Special Operations Commands.
- Experience in a deployed environment supporting SOF Sensitive Activities.

- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
Compensation
- There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

- $78,000 - $163,800
