Requirements
- Pursuing or completion of a bachelor's and/or master's degree in engineering (Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science Engineering, or related field)
- Familiarity with industrial controls, preferably Allen Bradley
- Familiarity with industrial robots, preferably Fanuc

Skills
- Complete four (4) six (6)-month rotational assignments in controls automation, robotics, test system engineering, and factory simulation
- Identify and implement technical and process improvements
- Participating in project ideation, development, and execution
- Demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills and autonomy
- Lead cross-functional teams, influencing various business levels
- Engage in regular feedback sessions and diverse training programs
