Requirements

  • Pursuing or completion of a bachelor's and/or master's degree in engineering (Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science Engineering, or related field)
  • Familiarity with industrial controls, preferably Allen Bradley
  • Familiarity with industrial robots, preferably Fanuc

Skills

  • Complete four (4) six (6)-month rotational assignments in controls automation, robotics, test system engineering, and factory simulation
  • Identify and implement technical and process improvements
  • Participating in project ideation, development, and execution
  • Demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills and autonomy
  • Lead cross-functional teams, influencing various business levels
  • Engage in regular feedback sessions and diverse training programs
