About the role

This role ensures that all facilities, equipment, and systems operate smoothly and meet established standards for appearance and safety.

Janitorial, Maintenance & Repair Maintain all areas to meet cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Assist with general building repairs, including carpentry and flooring.
Preventative Maintenance Assist in developing and executing preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment.
Document, track, and complete work orders in the maintenance management system.
Store chemicals, tools, and equipment safely and maintain organized workspaces.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and manual labor for extended periods.
About The Role The Maintenance Technician supports the overall cleanliness, safety, and functionality of Banner House by performing a combination of janitorial, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks.
