Responsibilities
- You will collaborate with other engineering and non-technical stakeholders to define, design, and lead the development of significant multi-person projects.

- On-Call Expectations This role may include participation in an on-call rotation to support production systems and ensure service reliability.
- We focus on enabling the support team to efficiently convert customer inquiries into sales through reliable communication and inquiry handling platforms.
- Our team builds and maintains a custom system for task prioritization and manages the Redfin Twilio calling infrastructure.

- About the Role You will develop responsive, resilient, scalable, and high-quality software using React, Java, Postgres, and various other tools/libraries.
- Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.
- We use data, beautiful software, and innovative design to put customers first at every step in the home-buying and selling process.
Requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of how to leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity is highly desired.

- The compensation for this position is $166,900.00-$203,900.00.
- The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
