  • JOB DESCRIPTION: Turning Point USA is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Phoenix.

Responsibilities

  • Since its founding, Turning Point USA has embarked on a mission to build the most organized, active, and powerful conservative grassroots activist network on high school and college campuses across the country.
  • This role supports national campaigns, marketing initiatives, and large-scale events through a wide range of digital and print design work.
  • The Graphic Designer collaborates with internal departments to develop creative assets for social media, email marketing, advertising, and event materials.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience preparing production-ready files for print and digital formats
  • Demonstrates the physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, and safely lift up to 15 lbs
  • Must be aligned with the mission and values of Turning Point USA and have a passion for the movement. "WOW!" SKILLS Experience designing large-format graphics or event signage
