About the role
- Hello Heart is currently looking for a Director, Client Strategy and Growth, to join our growing Customer Experience Team.
- As a leader within Hello Heart, you will be at the forefront of virtual care helping clients empower their members to improve their heart health and reduce costly events like heart attacks and strokes.
- As a leader within the organization, you will be responsible for bringing market and client feedback into the company.
Responsibilities
- Account Leadership: Collaboratively build the retention & expansion strategy for Hello Heart for your accounts along with our customer success, consultant relationships, and partnerships teams.
- Relationship Management: Develop relationships with key client decision-makers and influencers to best position Hello Heart and their members for long-term success.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic client expansions, contract negotiations, and upsell opportunities
- Collaboratively build the retention & expansion strategy for Hello Heart for your accounts along with our customer success, consultant relationships, and partnerships teams.
- Develop relationships with key client decision-makers and influencers to best position Hello Heart and their members for long-term success.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic client expansions, contract negotiations, and upsell opportunities
- With your clients and their consultants, you will need to develop deep relationships to truly understand their overall strategy / priorities and help shape our program to deliver on their needs.
- Internally, you will need to closely collaborate with marketing, our growth, and client success teams to drive awareness of, interest in, and retention & expansion of Hello Heart to their clients.
- You will work with product, clinical, operations, and others to inform their direction that enables you to grow and maintain our relationships across our portfolio.
Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) required
- 3+ years of management / strategy consultant experience required, with 1+ year at the engagement manager, project leader, or manager level
- A demonstrated track record of account retention & expansion success
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to overcome objections and achieve a win-win deal.
- Ability to travel (approximately 30~50%)
- GenAI-fluent, specifically for building client facing materials, summarizing account details, and synthesizing research
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, digital health, population health, or equivalent industry
- Strong relationship development and organization navigation skills including experience identifying and engaging key decision partners with success.
- Attention to detail in everything from relationship strategy to tailoring the pitch through to contract negotiations.
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $185,000.00 to $210,000.00 Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
