About the role

- Lead design, development, and deployment of middleware services for Genesys Cloud IVR Architect cloud-native, serverless, and event-driven solutions on AWS Develop scalable
- Schedule: Hybrid (Charlotte, NC) - Local Candidates Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead to join client's Digital Voice team and play a critical role in our Genesys Cloud IVR migration.
Nice to have
- Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs and IVR integration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for middleware deployment.
Compensation
- $69k-$79k
