About the role
- As a Night Guest Service Representative, you will be a key member of our team during evening hours, ensuring guests and students receive outstanding service.
- Your role is vital in supporting the evening operations and maintaining a positive experience for all campus visitors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth evening operations.
- Complete administrative duties as assigned to support the guest experience.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or guest relations is desired.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse audience.
- Availability to work night shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- additional training in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
