About the role
- Commercial Roof Construction Project Manager Location: Nashville, TN (Travel Nationwide as Needed) About HailSolve HailSolve is a turnkey hail management company specializing in serving commercial real estate portfolio owners.
- This role will be responsible for overseeing roofing and exterior restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- This position is based in the Nashville area and requires regular travel to job sites to coordinate contractors, monitor progress, and interface with clients and tenants.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage third-party contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and margin targets are achieved
- Maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, budgets, change orders, and progress reports
Requirements
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and access rooftops safely
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management
- Strong working knowledge of low- and no-slope roofing systems (metal, PVC, TPO, BUR, ballasted)
- Experience managing accessory scopes (HVAC, coping, EIFS, gutters, etc.)
- Experience coordinating and managing third-party vendors and subcontractors
- HailSolve is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Roof Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience managing low- and no-slope roofing systems.
Nice to have
- Experience working with commercial real estate portfolios or institutional owners
- Familiarity with insurance-related restoration projects, particularly hail damage
- Proficiency in project management and estimating software
