About the role
- Alliance is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to join our Cumberland County Crisis Response (CCCR) Mobile Outreach team.
- In this key role, you'll be at the center of our crisis response system- coordinating incoming calls, supporting people in real time, and helping ensure the right response happens at the right moment.

Responsibilities
- As a Dispatch Coordinator, you'll balance coordination, crisis support, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Provide real-time phone support to individuals, families, and community providers awaiting assessment
- Support program operations through:

- We provide advocacy, leadership, and support to identify the goals and address the needs of individuals, families, and communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in crisis or human services work
- Ability to obtain MHRT/CSP certification within 30 days (training provided)
- Ability to think critically, prioritize, and make sound decisions under pressure
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team environment with shifting priorities
Nice to have
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with DSM and crisis assessment
- Strong technical skills (electronic records, Microsoft Office, email systems)
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
- Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care
- Successful completion of required background checks
- Valid driver's license for occasional local travel
