Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design and implementation of integrations involving SAP S/4 and downstream/upstream systems
- Own technical solution for integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms
- Partner with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to translate requirements into robust SAP‑aligned integration solutions
- Integration architecture and solution design
- Guidance to development teams during build and deployment
- Support Agile delivery through technical backlog input, estimation, and sprint execution
- Provide leadership for production support of integration solutions, including incident triage and root‑cause analysis
- Partner with support teams to resolve middleware‑related integration issues within SLAs
- Drive continuous improvement through monitoring, logging, and proactive issue prevention
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT experience with deep focus on enterprise integrations
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Boomi integration platform
- Strong understanding of:
- Familiarity with API gateways and operational monitoring tools
Nice to have
- RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP‑based integrations
- Event‑driven and message‑based architectures
- Data modeling, transformation, and canonical data structures
- Hands‑on experience using Postman or similar tools for API testing and validation
- Working knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud‑based integration deployments
- Experience working with MongoDB or similar database technologies (NoSQL or relational), with understanding of data structures used in integration scenarios
- Experience using Jira or similar Agile project management tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders
