Responsibilities
- Lead a team of analysts who evaluate if mortgage loan documentation was accurate at the time of closing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including quality control, credit risk, operations, investors, and agencies.
- Create monthly reporting detailing team productivity and results.
Requirements
- 5 years of related business experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
- Monitor team pipeline to ensure successful completion of loan reviews within required timelines.
Nice to have
- 5 years of mortgage experience
- ACES knowledge strongly preferred
- Loan review experience (quality control, reverification, post-closing)
- $55,400.00 - $74,400.00 The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
- The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
