About the role

Our Leadership Advisory Services team, consisting of executive assessment, coaching, and leadership development consulting, is critical to our integrated value proposition.
The clarity and relevance of our assessment insights, combined with our high-touch, developmental approach, ensure we de-risk hiring decisions and accelerate the impact of leaders and leadership teams.

Your role will consist of three key areas: Execution: You will deliver world-class executive assessment and coaching solutions to leaders in iconic organizations.
Your impact will build trust, create traction, and expand Modern's influence through exceptional execution.
Quality: You will support aligned executive search teams in embedding the latest assessment and coaching solutions for clients, bringing rigor, consistency, and quality to our work.
