About the role

Working closely with leadership, you will navigate each phase, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project goals.
This role demands technical expertise, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion, overseeing all phases including schematic design, construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration.
Collaborate with a team, guiding them through project tasks and ensuring productivity.
Develop design and space plans based on client requirements, offering expertise in programming.
Conduct quality assurance checks on project drawings and documents.
Manage project timelines and milestones, advising leadership of any deviations.
Research to ensure code compliance and develop technical specifications.

Must be a registered architect in good standing.
5+ Years of experience managing projects from conception to completion
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BArch) or Bachelor of Science in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in Revit
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
