About the role

  • Oversees and participates in daily stores functions such as shipping, receiving, binning, issuing, housekeeping, and security of technical spares.
  • Responsible for maintaining operational metrics and timely resolution of metrics outside of departmental goals.
  • Assists Repair Department with unserviceable parts review and disposition.

  • Reviews, enforces, and develops processes to ensure efficient material handling, maintain inventory accuracy goals and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Considerable knowledge of: store keeping and inventory control practices for a wide variety of parts, supplies, and equipment in sheltered and unsheltered environments
  • Must be able to pass ten-year background check and obtain airport security badge.
  • Good knowledge of basic accounting concepts.
  • Some knowledge of supervisory or work leader techniques.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Minimum Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in requisitioning, receiving, storing, moving, issuing, and shipping aircraft materials, supplies, or equipment, including two (2) year of warehousing diverse goods in a complex operational environment or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • computerized inventory records management procedures.
  • Clean driving record and possess valid driver license.

In addition, a range of benefits to include medical, dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, as well as generous paid time off, and 401K contributions are offered as a part of the total compensation package.

Compensation

  • $62,500 - $84,500 USD
  • Competitive compensation will be offered based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity and other factors.
