Responsibilities
- Manage the P&L for the area in partnership with Finance (business impact), in line with area goals and company goals
- Develop and provide regular reporting on business performance/analytics and ensure timely communication to the Executive Team and the Board
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience overall across strategic and general management roles
- Demonstrated track record of delivering business results and hitting OKRs
- You have a bias towards action: You recognize the bigger picture but do not let that stop you from making progress, identifying quick wins and being scrappy
- You can juggle multiple priorities, and wear many hats: You are comfortable switching contexts and know how to self-prioritize to focus your limited time on the most impactful work
- leading and influencing colleagues over whom you have no direct authority, ultimately leading to timely tactical decision making to advance objectives for our business & members
Nice to have
- MBA or equivalent degree
- Experience in Financial Services or Fintech
- Experience in consulting, investment banking, growth-stage start up or in a similarly demanding role
- Series 7 & 24 Licenses

Compensation
- The base pay range for this role is listed below.
- Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.

- Support overall vision and strategy for the business area, partnering with leads across functions (e.g. Product, Marketing) and Member BU Leadership
- Set and manage overall XFN team operations for Relay to execute against vision and strategy, and achieve OKRs
- Support legal/compliance approach for the area, partnering with leads in our legal department on how to safely execute against our vision
- Partner with leads in our risk department on how to safely execute against our vision, including but not limited to financial, fraud/gaming, and operational risk

- In this role you will lead the strategy, operations and execution across a x-functional Relay Team, which is a top driver of growth and engagement for SoFi and a key contributor to SoFi's strategy to be our member's One-Stop-Shop.
- Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor actions to ensure SoFi is winning on the market
- Participate in business development and third-party partnership activities as needed with key stakeholders
