Compensation
- Annual Increases- Wages and Allowance Non-Seasonal- 40 Hours EVERY week No Travel- All work located on Camp Lejeune and surrounding installations Local 2924- Union Benefits EMI Service is hiring HVAC Chiller Technicians to support mission-critical infrastructure at Camp Lejeune!
- The Chiller Technicians install, modify and repair refrigeration systems such as:
- hermetic, semi-hermetic, screw and scroll units to 500 tons; air conditioning; VAV and ventilation; VRF systems; CRAC units; geo-thermal; reversible chillers; air and water-cooled chillers; process coolers; ice machines; evaporative cooling; air compressing and related control systems, including pneumatic, DDC, and building control systems equipment.
- Additionally, the HVAC Chiller Technician installs new or repaired components and performs complex modifications of systems and components in accordance with applicable electrical publications and directives, and will maintain and repair specialized equipment such as DOAS; MAU and Pool Pak systems.
- Essential Skills Knowledge and proficiency of the standard practices, materials, tools, and equipment used in the troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of commercial and industrial grade HVAC equipment Required to perform single, technical tasks with a need to occasionally upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions.
