About the role
- The Events Marketing Specialist will report to the Global Marketing Events leader and will be a key contributor to our event marketing team.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with the growth marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure we achieve event objectives.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with our growth marketing resources to manage event registrations and attendance, coordinating with the event planners to ensure marketing efforts align with the wider events strategy and timelines.
- Logistics & Planning: Spearhead site selection, coordinate room layouts, arrange audio-visual (AV) setups, and manage catering and transportation.
- Post-Event Analytics: Collect attendee feedback, analyze event metrics (e.g., lead generation, cost-per-participant), and draft performance reports.
- Manage event-specific websites or landing pages, ensuring they are optimized for conversions.
- Robust time management and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Strong understanding of budget management and ability to allocate resources effectively
Skills
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality, public relations, business, or marketing.
Compensation
- The anticipate d annual salary range for this position is between $75,000 - $90,000.
- The salary range reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
