About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for Supreme HVAC, creating a welcoming and professional experience for visitors, customers, and employees.
This role is primarily responsible for greeting guests, answering and directing incoming phone calls, and supporting basic front‑office operations.
The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and customer‑focused, with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, vendors, and deliveries
Notify employees of visitor arrivals and ensure appropriate sign‑in procedures are followed
Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow‑up
Respond to general inquiries or route to the appropriate department
Assist with light administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, data entry, ordering supplies, mail distribution)
High school diploma or equivalent required
