Responsibilities

  • Chewy is currently sourcing for a Human Resources Business Partner at our Houston, TX fulfillment center!
  • Lead team responsible for performance management, employee engagement and talent development.
  • Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties' interests Provide management mentorship to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues.
  • Assist with training as needed by training team; owns orientation and onboarding.
  • Implement compensation plans supported by the research of local market data for positions, evaluate job levels to ensure compensation programs remain driven.
  • Develop/update job descriptions, rules, procedures and policies.
