About the role

  • Mattel's direct-to-consumer business has an ambitious growth agenda and is on the journey to scaling into a global organization.
  • Conduct QA testing, including reviewing copy, creative, link tagging and accuracy
  • Identify testing opportunities and coordinate with Senior CRM Manager to execute selected tests

Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the CRM Marketing Associates and Senior CRM Manager to support Digital Merchandising, Creative, Global Brand and National Account teams to deliver campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Project manage all campaigns, from handoff / specifications through development, QA and execution
  • Build campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, ensuring work flows support the audience strategy, scheduling and other rules as defined in campaign briefs and other documentation from the CRM Marketing Associates
  • Deliver high-quality, accurate and on-time campaigns

Nice to have

  • 3+ years in a hands-on email operations role - Klaviyo experience a strong plus
  • Prior experience within a direct-to-consumer retail and multi-brand environment is a plus
