About the role
- You will work cross-functionally with engineering, AI/ML, scientists, drug discovery experts, and commercial teams to translate complex scientific workflows into an intuitive, scalable, and high-impact platform for biotech and pharmaceutical customers.
- This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-moving startup environment.
- 7 - 10+ years of product management experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive go-to-market alignment in partnership with commercial teams.
- Partner with engineering and AI teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Jointly work with marketing and sales/commercial teams to establish and execute a winning go-to-market strategy Cross-Functional Leadership Build, manage, and coach a team of product managers (as the company scales).
- Drive clarity across engineering, design, science, and business stakeholders.
