About the role
- Anew is an outpatient behavioral health provider that helps individuals facing mental health and substance use disorders.

- Facilitate individual, group, and family-oriented therapy sessions to address client needs and promote recovery.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered, client progress, and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, their families, case managers, and referral sources to ensure comprehensive care.
- Work with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique circumstances and goals.
- This role involves the application of specialized clinical knowledge and advanced counseling skills to conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver effective psychotherapy in various settings, including office, community, and telehealth.
- The Therapist collaborates with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support clients in their recovery and ensure holistic care.
Requirements
- Must be licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.
- A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- Attend Supervision as required.

Compensation
- $36k-$43k

- LPC/LSW/MSW/MFT: $28.00 to $36.00 LPCC/LISW: $33.00- $41.00 The Therapist at Anew Behavioral Health provides therapeutic services to clients of all ages facing behavioral health issues and substance use disorders (SUD).
