Responsibilities

  • Extracts production data for planning, scope alignment, and integration of family of companies, i.e. SPW, Prefab, DBC, etc. to support project deliverables.
  • Reviews project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify scope, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Supports estimate reviews and documentation by organizing assumptions, qualifications, and clarifications to promote transparency and alignment with project objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • Work Experience: 4-6 years of experience in estimating, cost analysis, project controls, or a related field required.
  • Certifications and Licenses: None required.

Compensation
